I am selling a 150amp 0-50 volts Power Supply (Miller Millermatic 35 Mig Welder) With Variac voltage control and it is metered at the end of the power cable.  Also has a long power cord for  those hard to get to projects.  The wire feed and controls are still in the welder, so you should be able to turn it back into a welder if you need to.
