The 2019 W Lincoln Uncirculated Penny is the KEY coin as it is the First Uncirculated Lincoln Penny to bear the "W" mint mark - and this coin was only available with the purchase of these 2019 Uncirculated Coin Set (special promotion by the Mint)!!!
The total mintage for these Pennies was limited to the number of 2019 Uncirculated Coin sets sold by the US Mint

One Native American Coin
with a reverse design (tails) honoring Native Americans in the US space program. The designs features Mary Golda Ross writing calculations, while behind her, an Atlas-Agena rocket launches into space with an equation inscribed in its cloud. An astronaut, symbolic of Native American astronauts, including John Herrington, spacewalks above. In the field behind, a group of stars indicates outer space. Inscriptions are “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” and "." The obverse design (heads) retains the central figure Sacagawea carrying her infant son, Jean Baptiste. The inscriptions are “LIBERTY” and “IN GOD WE TRUST.”

Each coin in the set bears either the “P or D” mint mark, and the Special Uncirculated Lincoln Penny bears the "W" mint mark, and the set is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity along with the special envelop that came with the set for the Lincoln penny.
