    Outer envelope was opened long ago, so I checked inside ...
    The white inner envelopes should contain 2 sets of uncirculated coins, one from Philadelphia and one from Denver -
    but for whatever reason the top envelope is missing one of the sets (a red "Denver") -
    so there are 9 sets inside not 10!
