American Eagle Bronze Statue Antique-Vintage - Circa 1910

Description

This antique heavy bronze eagle is beautifully done with tons of details. The old fashion casting created beautiful and realistic details in the eagle's plumage, head and legs. The patina remains as found from age. It has heavy wear from use and age. The bottom of the each leg has a hole. The bronze eagle  was  probably once mounted on a base.  The left wing of the eagle's wing has a small chip but does not detract from the beauty of the eagle.   There are some bronze oxidation to bronze and patina throughout, consistent with age. All these imperfections which add characters to it.  Please view all great pictures for more information and to judge condition for yourself.
