Antique Hand Painted Silk and Mother of Pearl Hand Fan With Lacquered Box

Antique Silk and Mother of Pearl Hand Fan in Lacquered Box. Hand painted silk hand fan.
There is a little damage on the corner of the box, and scratches in the top design.
Fan has stains on the silk and tape on the mother of pearl (I don’t want to remove it in case it damages it more).

This was my husband’s grandmother’s, who lived in Chile.
