The Cornell A-4006A Annunciator Panel Station supplies both audio and visual indication of calls within as many as six zones. When a call is placed, the red LED indicator lights up at the corresponding location to show where the call was placed, and a palpitating tone sounds. The Cornell A-4006A operates with systems that need three to six indicators. A switch allows the tone of the Cornell A-4006A to be customizable to either a high or low tone. The Cornell A-4006A is a convenient unit to use at hospitals, nursing homes, medical institutions and other healthcare facilities.
The stainless steel plate of the Cornell A-4006A Annunciator Panel Station is equipped with a green LED power indicator with silk screen numbers next to the LED lights which pinpoint the location that the call originated. In order to flush mount the 4.5”H x 4.57”W Cornell A-4006A, a two-gang plaster ring or equal is required. The Cornell A-4003 can also be surface mounted, but in addition to the two-gang plaster ring, a Wiremold 5744-S is also required. The ideal environment for the Cornell A-4006A is a dry area with a temperature of 50-120°F. The Cornell A-4006A has a power requirement of 24 VDC and the wiring needed is a minimum of #22 AWG.
