The Eemax electric tankless water heaters are extremely efficient. They run at an astonishing 99% efficiency rating.
Tank Status Indicator Light

The Mini-Tank series comes with a tank status indicator light. The unit will show a green light when the unit is ready and a red unit when the water is being heated.

The unit is mounted using standard hardware and has simple compression fittings that require no soldering. The Mini-Tank series can be hung from the wall using the included bracket or simply placed on the floor for flexibility in any application.

Glass Lined Tank

Temperature and Relief Valve Included
The Mini-Tank series units include a T&P relief valve to safely relieve excessive temperature and pressure before dangerous levels are reached.
Field Replaceable Heating Element
The heating element in the Mini-Tank series can be easily removed and replaced, so you won't be without hot water for long should your water heater stop ever working.

The vast majority of power equipment products are shipped
FREE
to anywhere in the lower 48 states. Exceptions include some handheld lawn tools. For example, leaf blowers only ship free if they're priced above 9. The shipping rate charged will be quoted on each listing.
Accessories often ship separately from different manufacturers in different locations so we simply charge standard shipping rates on them. Smaller items are also available for Next Day Air and Two Day Air for an additional charge dependent on the weight of the item.
Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories
At this time we only ship to the lower 48 states. Shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, and any US Territory does not occur.
P.O. boxes & APO/FPO
We cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

In some rare instances, you may need some help with a return. Don't worry! The following information will help you process your return:
No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). Please call 1-800-710-7499 and speak with a customer solutions representative to obtain a RMA # and shipping instructions. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Unopened Merchandise
You may return any "unopened" products and accessories within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Simply contact our Customer Service team in order to discuss return options for unopened merchandise. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Opened Merchandise
"Opened" products and accessories can be returned within 30 days of delivery*, but will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover testing, cleaning and repackaging expenses. Simply contact our Customer Service team in order to discuss return options for opened merchandise. Some products include free shipping, so if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Opened returns must be in salable condition with original materials and packaging. * Engine powered equipment cannot be returned once it has been gassed or oiled due to federal shipping regulations. If the product has been gassed or oiled, it needs to be taken to an authorized

Cancelled Orders
An order that has shipped cannot be cancelled. If you refuse an order which has already been shipped, you will be responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Products
You must take the time to inspect the goods before you sign the delivery receipt from the carrier. If you sign the delivery receipt without inspecting the shipment you will be responsible for filing a freight claim and arranging for a repair or return of the damaged goods. Concealed damage claims must be reported immediately.
Suspect Damage
On occasion, the outer carton may look damaged, but the product inside the box is perfectly fine. If you suspect concealed damage,
notate "Possible Freight Damage" on the delivery receipt while the driver is present
. This way, if you discover later that the product is damaged, the remedy of a freight claim is less of a hassle.

Do not sign for damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, please
