Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  This air cylinder is in good condition with a few minor scuffs and scratches from normal use, but nothing major or anything that would affect function.
Notes:
This air cylinder was pulled from a working setup that was being decommissioned.  Shop air was used to test the cylinder and the rod moved in and out smoothly.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
