    , Tender has PM knuckle coupler, Engine has been on shelf for several years, engine doesn't run, motor makes sounds that it wants to, been on shelf so long that old greases and oil have probably dried, will need to be taken apart, cleaned and lubricated as minimum, I don't have the skills to do this, please see photos
