a thinner rug not necessarily from wear but think it was never thick
guessing wool but is not a rough wool
weight between 6 and 7 pounds on my United States postal scales
needs washed should clean nicely it does not smell
edge worn...no fringe.....a lot of repairs in black thread on edges
around six holes repaired mostly on one end with a rust colored thick thread .....last picture shows this.....while this is primitively done it does sorta work
some moth damage
so selling as is as is as is as shown
rug is lovely it has a quality feel and animals figures are stunning......
