Sheila the Pastry Chef has been teaching baking and pastry for the past several years. In addition, she’s performed in a variety of cooking workshops and demos. During this period of her career, she has amassed a huge collection of baking products and tools. Chef Sheila is clearing out her chef’s cupboard and has chosen to sell some things to make room. There are products in this collection have never been used and are still in their original packaging. Some products were used once for demo purposes only, while other products were only used for food photography.
The products sold on this site are either new, or like new. In their original package, or newly packaged. Which ever you choose, you will receive your item in clean, pristine condition.  Pictures are included so that you may see the state of each item listed , but stock pictures may also be included so that you can see exactly what your item may look like, or how it is used.  In some instances, the original box may have a little wear and tear during storage. In those cases, that will be noted on a case by case basis.
