Our company is based in Oregon. Our main warehouse in Oregon ships most of our products, and we have associated warehouses in California, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas that ship some.
You can expect your item to arrive in 3-7 business days if you are in the 48 Continental United States. In rural areas, the turnaround time can be 4 to 10 business days. Please do not count weekends.
At this time, we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam. We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Boxes.

Return & Refund:
Items should be returned in new, unused condition, and in their original product packaging. Be sure to include all accessories, instruction manuals, cards, etc. After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund.
Defective Product:
If you receive your item with a defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will replace the item for free.
Damages:
Although shipping damage rarely occurs, if you do observe it, report it immediately, within 24 hours of receiving your item.
