Tall Antiqued Gold Vintage Buddhist (?) Figure On Stand

I purchased this at a vintage store about 20 years ago. This is a vintage figurine with an antiqued gold finish. I’m not sure if it is a Buddhist figure; I just liked the look of it. It is unmarked and I do not know what it is made of or it its age.
It is tall, measuring over 20 inches tall. At its wides point the figure is approximately 2 inches. The base measures approximately 4 inches by 4 inches.
It is in good condition but the base does have some nicks, particularly on its edges.

Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. If shipping cost is more than higher than actual shipping charge, I’ll be glad to refund the difference. For example if shipping charge is and it wound up only costing I would refund the difference. If cost is higher than price stated, I will pay the additional cost.
