Description
Howdy! Here you have a chance for an HBT sateen jacket used sometime during the early 1950s just before the arrival of OG-107s. These were the combat jacket of that time. There is are thread remnants of name tape and unit patch. Some light staining, n
o labels on it. See pics!
Chest from pit to pit is 22",
Sleeve length is 20", no cuff button or button holes
Neck to hem is 27"
Looks pretty much in decent shape. My theory (and it ain't much) is that this was the last HBT jacket using the sateen instead of herringbone, but still using the HBT 13-star buttons. The buttons appear to have been 'blacked' by someone keeping them inspection ready.

Would make an outstanding uniform addition for a veteran or a collector of artifacts.
