week is a beautiful find. Skye's team has been researching
this exquisite brass eagle for comparisons and we have to
brag...The expression, detail and beauty of this particular
figurine/statue cannot be compared.
We have googled and
found similar
size and weight brass eagles on
perch/log/branch listing
at over 00. Our offer is definitely
mid-century or earlier. We cannot tell you the origin country
but can say that the three part brass on brass weld gives us a clue.
This piece is extremely well made without only
a cleaning needed. Of course, our buyer would not want
to disturb the decades of patina that our bird boasts but
once this majestic creature leaves our warehouse we
know he will go where eagles dare!
